Young Atsu: (Scream)
The Snake: (Sadistic chuckle)
Young Atsu: (Pained screaming)
Atsu: Before she died, my mother told me stories of onryō. Ruthless spirits who wander this land, seeking vengeance. The night my family was massacred, I became such a spirit. Atsu: The Snake. The Oni. The Kitsune. The Spider. The Dragon. Lord Saito. (Pained grunt) You’re still with me?

Saito Outlaws: (Drunken laugh)

Saito Outlaws: (Drunken laugh)

Saito Outlaws: She killed him! You’re going to regret that!
Atsu: The Snake’s in there. He should be drunk by now.
The Snake: To Lord Saito! And keeping the Shogun out of Ezo!
Saito Outlaws: Lord Saito!
Atsu: (Uneasy breath)
The Snake: (Amused grunt) Well? (Chuckle) Are you going to give me a light? (Laugh) (Grunt) (Laughing)
Saito Outlaw: Crazy bitch! Kill her!
The Snake: (High pitched laugh) (Intrigued hum) (Laugh) Who are you?
The Snake: Ah… You lived? Little Wolf… I thought we killed your whole family. But here you are… the swordsmith’s daughter. (Laugh)
Atsu: My name is Atsu.
The Snake: Didn’t want to fight me when I am sober? Did you dream of this?
Atsu: (Shocked gasp) You don’t scare me.
The Snake: You waited too long to come home. (Pained yell) Damn beast! You should’ve stayed dead.
Atsu: No… No…!
Young Atsu: (Screams)
The Snake: (Cruel laugh)
Atsu: (Strained grunt)
The Snake: (Sadistic Laugh)
Atsu: (Pained shout)
The Snake: (Wheezing groan) (Pained groaning)
Atsu: (Pained grunting) (Strained cries)
The Snake: (Wheezing final breath)
Atsu: (Dying breaths)
Atsu: (Sharp gasp) (Pained grunt) (Pained groan)
Settler: She d-died…
Atsu: (Pained breathing)
Settlers: Onryō. A ghost.
